Ultimate Caring ABA was built on the foundation of Ultimate Caring Home Health — a Medicare and Medicaid-certified home health agency that has served Dallas-Fort Worth families since 2006. With nearly two decades of healthcare operations, compliance infrastructure, and family-centered service delivery, we entered ABA therapy from a position of strength.

We bring institutional knowledge that most ABA startups simply don't have: billing expertise, HIPAA-compliant systems, care coordination protocols, and a genuine understanding of what it means to be accountable to families in their most vulnerable moments.

Why I Built
Ultimate Caring ABA

When families come to us, they are often exhausted. They have navigated diagnosis, fought with insurance companies, waited on waitlists, and searched for providers who truly understand what their family is going through. I built Ultimate Caring ABA because those families deserve better.

With nearly two decades building Ultimate Caring Home Health, I saw firsthand that healthcare is not just about the patient in the room — it is about the entire family that surrounds them. A child with autism does not exist in isolation. Their parents carry enormous weight. Their siblings are affected. Their caregivers need support too.

That is why alongside expert ABA therapy for children, we also offer family counseling for parents and caregivers — a separate service designed to support the whole family through the journey. Because when the whole family thrives, the child thrives.
